We have trained countless passionate students, wanting a career in Hospitality. With a high success rate of our graduates gaining employment in the industry, we have played a decisive role in improving the lives of committed individuals and made scores of dreams come true.

We are now acknowledged by over 500 Hotels that work closely with us and recognise the quality of our vocational training and the standard of our graduates. We provide a platform for connecting Hospitality graduates to employers through our graduate profile database. We also have an online job-​board which enables registered Hotels to post all their Hospitality vacancies free of charge. We are proud to say that we currently have graduates working in an assortment of Hotels. From The Ritz, Hilton, Marriott, Park Plaza to The Premier Inn, we are making a difference. Having successfully reduced the time and cost of training for Front of House positions.

History

Established in 2008.

During our founder’s career as a Front of House Manager in various multinational Hotel chains such as Hilton and Radisson, it became apparent that the majority of applications for Receptionist positions were rejected due to a lack of experience. Whilst many applicants seemed to have the passion and desire to work in Hotels, they could not be given a chance to prove this in interviews, due to a lack of knowledge and skills. Even those that had Hospitality Management Degrees seemed to only have an overall understanding of Hotels but no practical skills for working as Hotel Receptionists.

Displeased about the high student fees that are constantly increasing and wanting to give those passionate individuals an opportunity to start a new career, we created the Hotel Receptionist Training Course. This course along with other Hospitality programmes, take place at our training centre located in the heart of London.
