Purify Health was founded by Bridgit Smith after doing freelance work for the most prestigious colonic companies around London
In the last 8 years of specializing in detox treatments, Bridgit has helped moms, dads, busy business owners, executives, athletes, celebrities, fitness enthusiasts (and non-enthusiasts), college students and even senior citizens start a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
After working for all the well-known and respected colonic clinics in London, Bridgit decided to open up her own colonic and detox company.
Her natural approach and easy-going personality makes her clients feel incredibly comfortable and will follow her where ever she goes.

Bridgit is a specialist in colonic irrigation since 2005 and a member of the Institute Of Professional Colonic Hydrotherapy (I.P.C.H)
She also trained at the Scottish School of Colonic Hydrotherapy in 2005 –and since then-has become one of the most sought-after therapists in her field.
Bridgit was also interviewed by West Side Magazine in August 2007 for her outstanding colonic services. The journalist wrote: «Bridgit is gentle, skilled and reassuring and unbelievably I found myself chatting and laughing with her throughout the hour’s session».
