The Prosper 4 Group (P4G) is a social enterprise founded in 2014 by Michael Corrigan and Steve Newell. It has a highly experienced management team that aims to deliver realistic and reliable services to all levels of UK business. In 2015, Lord Young of Graffham — the Prime Minister’s Enterprise Advisor and creator of the Start Up Loans Company — was appointed Company President.

Our subsidiary — Prosper 4 Jobs Community Interest Company (CIC) — supports all aspects of training, development and ongoing support for people returning to work following unemployment. It is also a one-​stop solutions provider to corporate businesses on Corporate Social Responsibility, employee readiness training, workforce development and consultancy services. Prosper 4 Business (CIC) offers creative, bespoke, industry-​leading enterprise and entrepreneurship training to people who have the drive to run their own businesses. It also specialises in the development of — and insourcing of — business industries to prisons in England, Scotland and Wales.
