Prosper 4 Jobs CIC is a socially focused community interest company that is set out to fill the void in terms of employment opportunities for marginalised members of society.

Very few employment opportunities exist, and without such work some people can drift into a life of crime, Prosper 4 Jobs CIC offers real employment opportunities and jobs to serving prisoners, ex-​offenders, those who have no permanent home, and other people needing the first stage of support into a job.

We work hard at overcoming the psychological barriers in society to working with people in this group.

The organisation is operated for the good of the community, our profits are re-​invested into further developing and enhancing the support our company provides to our customers. To support this commitment, the management have written a 100% asset lock and dividend-​cap into our legal documents with Companies House.

The co-​founders Michael Corrigan and Steve Newell are proud to operate the Prosper 4 Group of CIC’s as a social enterprise and strive to achieve the companies mission of «Giving Change A Chance». We are a real life social enterprise, in every sense.
