Priority One was founded in 2007 by media and technology entrepreneur Steve Thomson, and infrastructure and technology expert Jon Abbott. Their vision was, and still remains, to become the leading supplier of IT support and outsourcing for London-​based SMEs.

Meet the Business Owner

Jon A.

Business Owner

Jon began his career as IT Manager of Ebiquity supporting a ²⁴⁄₇ environment with offices across Europe, before starting up Priority One with Steve Thomson in 2007.

With over 15 years’ experience working in the IT industry, Jon is responsible for ensuring our hosted environment and client systems operate using the latest and best technology.

Outside of work, when not entertaining his daughter, you’ll find Jon in pursuit of a new personal best on his mountain bike.
