Pilates Plus+ is a dynamic studio and therapy treatment centre based less than 1 minute walk from Westcombe Park Station Blackheath London on the border of Greenwich SE10 and Blackheath SE3 and close to Greenwich Park SE10, The Royal Standard SE3 and Blackheath Village SE3, SE London. We offer Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Massage, Reflexology and Personal training as well as Pilates, Pilates reformer and Yoga.

History

Established in 2002.

Pilates plus started out in Gyms and halls around East London and grew into 2 sites which are now in Walthamstow and Blackheath.

The premises in Walthamstow has been open since 2004 and the Blackheath site opened in 2007 and has become one of the most popular Pilates and complementary therapy centres in the local area.

Galina B.

Business Owner

Galina Bell is a UK registered Osteopath and Polestar Pilates educator for the Rehabilitation Pilates Courses. Galina has been involved in sports from a very young age. Sports injuries, prevention and treatment have been her main interest over the past 20 years. Galina has spent the last 17 years teaching movement — from group fitness classes to Pilates mat and studio work. Inspired by the complexity of the human body, she continued developing her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology by completing a Degree in Osteopathy. At the moment Galina works from her clinic in Blackheath, London where she combines Osteopathy and Pilates rehabilitation. Her main goal as a practitioner is helping people to move without pain, so they can return to a joyful, independent and healthy life.
