We conduct market research and test websites, mobile sites/​apps and other digital interfaces/​concepts/​products by using a multitude of methodologies such as one-​on-​one interviews, focus groups, expert reviews etc. We also specialize in turning these valuable customer insights into actionable recommendations and have experience in designing mobile apps and websites. Throughout the design phase we ensure that our expertise and learnings gathered from users form the basis of the apps/​sites that we design to maximize return for our clients.

Our team originally started using their expertise to improve websites and other digital interfaces while working at various leading global UX consultancies such as fhios and One to One Insight. Collectively we have over 20 years experience in the User experience field.

Winston has extensive Project, IT and Operations Management experience. He has managed, moderated and delivered various research projects in the private and public sector both in the UK and abroad. He has also done extensive work in the Competitive Intelligence field in South Africa.
