Ingrid is a qualified pet behaviour counsellor with a post-​graduate diploma with distinction in Companion Animal Behavioural Counselling from the University of Southampton — one of the most prestigious qualifications in this field in the UK. She is a provisional member* of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC) and maintains continuing professional development through seminars, conferences, books and journals so that her knowledge in the field of animal behaviour is kept up to date which ensures that the advice given to clients is in line with the latest methods and techniques.
