Business Owner

Pawel Siwczak is a solo harpsichordist, fortepianist & historical keyboard specialist, winner of the 8^th Broadwood Harpsichord Competition (2007), the Sir Anthony Lewis Memorial Prize (2006, Musica Britannica), and the award of the Minister of Culture of Poland (‘Mloda Polska’ 2009).

Pawel combines his solo concert career with experience as a chamber musician, also conducting from the harpsichord. He has performed with orchestras such as Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, Gabrieli Consort & Players, BBC Philharmonic, Northern Sinfonia, Britten Sinfonia, and others. His touring activities took him to Austria, England, France, Germany, Ireland, Malta, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Scotland, Spain, and Sweden.

Pawel recorded for the BBC Early Music Show and BBC Radio 3 In Tune. His CDs include Stephen Dodgson’s music for guitar and harpsichord (2009).

Pawel is always engaging with his audience, communicating his enjoyment of baroque music to contemporary listeners.
