We are a small, independant restaurant bringing the authentic taste and experience of 20″ New York Pizza to Brick Lane, by the slice or whole; eat in or takeaway. Our pizzas are accompanied by a selection of Craft Beer from the UK, Europe and America.
We start to make our dough at least 70 hours before it reaches the oven. This allows us to guarantee that its packed full of fantastic flavour!

After working in busy London pubs and various positions within hospitality for over a decade, my partner, Noura Al-Salem and I decided to open up a restaurant selling everyones favourite food with an authentic taste.
Noura lived in New York for 12 years and moved back to London to find an empty space in her life. An empty space that was the shape of a pizza slice. And so, together we decided if we can’t get the product we want, we should make it and share the experience with others.
