Description

Specialties

The Brasserie, with its state-of-the-art, open-plan kitchen, produces exciting dishes with intense flavours and global influences. Live jazz music from a fabulous line-up of musicians adds a dynamic buzz to the experience.

Hailing from the West Country, Head Chef Keir Barry has created the ultimate modern Brasserie menu. Bold spicing coupled with Mediterranean freshness results in dishes which look and taste like sunshine on a plate. Many dishes are cooked on the Josper Grill, resulting in a moreish BBQ flavour. Unique to the Brasserie, Not Afternoon Tea is a must-do experience for those who like something naughty but very nice.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and the airy dining space add to the impression of dining in the sky. The Brasserie offers vegetarian and vegan menus, as well as allergy-friendly menus. There is also an extensive wine list to choose from.

Live jazz music from a fabulous line-up of musicians adds another dimension to the experience every evening and on weekend lunchtimes, too.
