The roots of NPS as process servers date back to 1993. Our diverse team of highly experienced professionals comprises operatives with backgrounds from the legal, civic and multinational arenas. Accordingly, we are able to offer a uniquely comprehensive insight on all aspects of litigation support locally, nationally and internationally.
We pride ourselves in recognizing the need for exceptional service within the fields of process serving, litigation support and agent inquiries. Our company policy is to ensure a highly personalized service coupled with a technical and innovative excellence encountered nowhere else in the industry. In this way we call with status updates to keep our clients fully informed as all staff are linked electronically and all documents are tracked by our advanced computerized system. Manager
Northshore Process Service Network is a litigation support and business services firm with approximately 10,000 staff members in offices in 23 cities, stretching from London to Toronto to Chicago to Los Angeles. The firm was formed in 1993 as a combination of several regional litigation support firms. The firm also merged with Northshore International, Inc., a London legal support firm, in 2004.
The co-chairmen of the firm are Ian Shelton, who works from the London office and Richard Baxter, who works from the Toronto office.
