Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu will make men, women and children more positive in self defense. If you are interested in learning a Martial Art or wanting to promote great strength, flexibility and health this is the time to join.

We were asked to show off our Martial Arts skills for Thames T. V, Britain got More Talent, we enjoyed doing the filming for this very much. This clip will be used in the edits for Britain got More Talent and will be coming out in April 2013.

We have release an all Action Pack Promotional Martial Arts Training Video which last for 3min. Go to our website or our Youtube Channel at Kung611 to see this exciting clip of what we do. Warning it is not for the faint hearted. This is only a sample of what we do, you will see men, women and children performing their skills from beginners to intermediates. Was release on 9÷12÷2012 and has had over 2,324 views so far, feedback has been really good.

The Instructor has been training for 25 years. He is also a SIA Professional Close Protection Officer (body guard)
