Store itself is great, good layout, huge store. Customer service however, is terrible. Staff just chat to each other instead of helping out or serving people. They are so rude when you ask them for somthing. Would not recommend for customer service.

Pros Next have a lovely spot at the Liberty shopping centre. The store here is much bigger than the one that is on the Ilford High Street. There is a lot more choice for clothing and accessories for women, men and children. The best part of the store is that is it quite spacious and you can move around the store without having to bump into somebody else. The best part of this store is that they also have a home ware section that is situated at the back of the store although small they do have a range of things for the house and their setting is impressive. They have gorgeous stuff and they are always helpful to lend some advice. It is a definite winner.
