Nevex Printing Centre

Ignore the booking time they give you. They will just start printing when you arrive to pick it up. Over an hour waiting.

Not great. I came with my sister as she was printing her final year project.
Firstly; we came in person to get some stuff printed. The guy said it would be about 20 minutes wait, turned out to be more than an hour & 15 minutes wait. His excuse was that he needed to print other people’s stuff first even though there was no-​one else physically in the shop waiting for printing! At least say he should have been more clearer with the actual wait time!
Secondly; my sister came in the day before to discuss options for another booklet she got made. She asked for a different type of binding that was actually given on the finished product but the man (who was also serving her that day) said she never said this. He basically made out that she was a liar.
He offered no apologies in any of the 2 incidents and we are really disappointed in the customer service even though the product was of a good quality.
Basically; if you’re lucky, you will get a good product first time of asking but if there is ANY mistakes from their behalf, they will not claim responsibilities. Better to pay a bit extra and go to a place where their customer service is better. Disappointed!

I found it incredibly expensive… but it’s open on sundays until 11pm which can be useful for last minute printing emergencies!

Nice people and very helpful. The shop needs more ventilation.
