Despite the fact their flowers are beautiful, unless you live in South Woodford, ordering from them can be a nightmare. I live in the states and each time I order from them it is a difficult process. Although I have ordered flowers from then three times in the past, when I ordered a large bouquet from them 3 days ago, along with champagne and chocolate, the next day they canceled my order and accused me of fraud. I ordered from Prestige Flowers and had no trouble whatsoever..
