bought a pair of bottoms from them. advertised as grey as was the picture on the website. upon delivery the coulours did not match, the colour was more of a dull green. i complained and they told me to send it back for a refund.
sent it back 1^st class recorded and didn’t hear anything from them for 2 weeks. i emailed them and a few days later my refund was complete.
complete? not really, they forgot the 2 times i paid for postage (£10).
for the next 2 months i emailed them regarding this situation.
guess what? no email reply whatsoever!
until i told them i’ll be going to trading standards then i got reply.
they told me they never got any emails from me and it wasn’t their fault in the product description and they won’t offer me any postage refunds. the label on the product clearly says emerald khahi, which is green.
trading standards said i was right but i needed to write a formal letter to natterjacks, make 2 copies and send it registered then wait to see if i got a reply and report back. i could see this dragging on for the next 6 months and who knows what next. all this trouble for £10?
amateurs! they will take every penny from you even if it’s not your fault.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Tried to purchase 6 pairs of shoes from their website, checked out and paid only to be told on the day that I was expecting delivery, that 3 pairs were out of stock, but worst off all they wanted extra money for postage. Bunch of amateurs — AVOID

This shop is great for skaters and guys who like alternative clothing. There are about four of these shops along the road, which sell different items. They have a range of trainers, jeans and hoodies and the staff are friendly.
