Xi’an food can be dated to thousands years ago. The city used to be captial of thirteen dynasties. In this way, Xi’an food was imperial food. Nowadays, there are over hundres types of noodles in Xi’an. Murgur Han picks several classic and wellknown kinds of noodles among them to spread such delicious feast to Europe. It was founded in August on Eversholt Street in 2014.
