Authentic South African Biltong, Boerewors and Droëwors

We produce our own very authentic delicious Biltong from a traditional recipe and technique. Beef for the Biltong is cured and dried on our premises in a five day process.

We use a traditional Biltong recipe of authentic South African herbs and spices to produce two types of Biltong: Original or «Chillibite» Biltong; for those who like a little more kick!

History

Established in 1892.

Based in Crouch End N8, we are traditional butchers who have been serving North London for 121 years.

We pride ourselves on our selection of suppliers to ensure our customers have a selection of the finest quality Beef, Lamb, Pork, Poultry and Game.

With many years of butchering experience we can offer our customers a full range of cuts trims and presentations to ensure that your choice for dinner party, Sunday roast or indulgent steak for supper looks perfect.

We also produce our own Biltong and Boerewors on the premises to traditional South African recipes.
