Midland Veterinary Surgery

we’ve been using this surgery for our 2 dogs for 4 years now. they offer a very good service all doctors are friendly, and they send us booster reminders on a regular basis. they also sell some basic dog food, medicine and other suppliers, which is handy. in the reception area, there always is some food and water for cats and dogs, and all of their receptionists are very friendly and helpful, in person and on the phone. what i love in particular is that they remember all pets by their names and refer to them by their names (even scheduling their appointments under our dog’s names, not under ours LOL).
the only downside is the waiting time (sometimes the vets overrun by up to one hour which is frustrating when sitting their with an anxious dog), and their charging policy doesn’t seem to be too consistent (sometimes we get charged for clipping our dog’s nails, sometimes we don’t etc). apart from that, very helpful, knowledgable and worthwhile a recommendation
