We also have Building Supervisors who manage more significant work and Renovations with dedicated teams of carpenters, painters and decorators, tilers and other trades.

Our vision is only to use high quality trades who are proud of their work, and we pay them above market rates to attract quality.

They all have multiple years experience and the qualifications and certifications to do the work, and we regularly seek and provide feedback to improve our service.

MetroServe was founded by an Australian Construction Engineer who ran the housing maintenance arm of Australia’s largest independent Builder (BGC) before coming to the UK.

After living in London for over 10 years, buying a home and becoming a landlord, David was frustrated in how difficult and confusing it was to find a quality tradesman in London.

The vision of MetroServe is to bring these Tradesmen together into an integrated professional team who take pride both in the quality of their work, and the quality of the overall service we provide.

Our tradesmen are selected ensuring they have the required certifications and experience for their trade, and importantly that they have a customer focused perspective.
