I bought a suit in one of their Groupon deals about 6 months ago. Service was terrible, after having to wait 6 weeks for a fitting I was then ‘fined’ £50 for having to cancel said fitting, this they told me was part of the ‘deal’ I had agreed to.
The materials and various style they had available were fine although I had to pay extra again to upgrade the fabric for my suit but I had been aware of this. I will however say that the materials that came as part of the deal were very poor.
Having had to wait another 3 months for my suit to be made I realized that my pants did not fit as would be expected from a bespoke fitting. I was however assured that this was completely normal and that the tailors had designed my pants this way. Being somewhat naïve and not wanting to wait another 3 months for them to be tailored I agreed to accept them. One of many things I have gone on to regret.
The suit pants have now had to be refitted at my own expense by a different tailor. I had been right in thinking they never fitted properly. The seam around the ankle cuff has already come out, the buttons on the jacket have all had to be sewn back on. Remember I have so far only had this suit for around 2 months. This is just a sample of the many issues that I have had with this suit.
I would strongly recommend anyone considering a suit from these tailors to look elsewhere, what may seem good value at the time (I was told my suit was worth £1000) is most certainly not.
