Lovely décor, good prices and friendly staff. I got the lamb boona which was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals and at the end there was naan(none)

Nice restaurant, food is okay but nothing more. It’s pretty inexpensive so it’s that type of restaurant that I go in when I’m bored, don’t have time to book or am on low budget. Maybe you’ll like it more if you’re a fan of this type of cuisine.

Great indian restaurant thats a bit smarter than some of the other indian canteen style ones in tooting. We’ve been several times and always been pleased with the food and service. The lamb curry is a must and the nan breads are huge! As its a byo, you can take whatever drinks in you like and they don’t charge corkage. This makes it a good cheap night out!

I’m not a fan of non-British cuisine but my friends made me try Indian food as we went out and they’ve already booked a table at Masaledar. I tried prawn biryani and I liked it :) If you don’t know this is spicy rice with prawn. The meal was delicious and I’m not surprised I liked it I’ve just never tried food like that. Recommend!

I used to walk past the restaurant thinking it wouldn’t be any good but after going with a bunch of mates desperate to try it, I’ve been back more times than I can count. It’s a lovely restaurant and the food is perfect. It’s ideal for dates or larger groups or catch ups and you can take your own drink in with you. It’ relitively cheap for what you get and the staff are happy to accommodate with whatever you need. The décor is a bit crazy — gold sparkly walls and a «raining wall» feature, and it’s also a bit dark making the menu hard to read, but it adds to the atmosphere of the place. I love it — never a bad meal.

Once seated it is hard to get served unless you wave to the waiter. But in a good way you are not hassled by the staff. You can take your own alcohol and they do not charge you. The dishes are tasty. The last time I went I had the lamb kofta and they were yum. It’s situated in the middle of Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway.

This used to be my favourite spot when I lived in London. The food is fantastic and definitely the best in the area(if not all of London!!!). It’s a byob restaurant and very very good value for money! The chicken tikka bhuna was my favourite, but the saag gosht was fantastic also! For two main meals with rice and naan, it would only cost about 16 quid! If you are in the tooting area you have to check this out!
