I’ve been in a few times recently. Wish it sold more than just food, as the nearest clothing M&S is some distance away. Agree with others about the self-​service tills. They never seem to work properly so I try to avoid them, but sometimes no manned tills are open. The staff never get annoyed though when they come across with a smile to key in a code that persuades the machine to release the change I’m owed. Best avoided at lunchtimes as the queue is completely ridiculous. Solution is to buy your lunch first thing in the morning while it’s quiet (though I guess you end up with curly sandwiches if your office has no fridge to keep them in). Averagely priced, I’d say.

Utterly terrible. The range of products is woefully lacking in many areas, as well as wildly overpriced, and the new self-​service tills that have been put in are a waste of space. Employees will actually refuse to serve you on a proper till and make you use the self-​serve abominations.
That said, there’s one lady who works in there who is absolutely lovely, and I feel very sorry for her! (She’s the reason this place gets one star!)
