I placed a delivery order with Mango Curry of India (or Mango Tree as it is also known) late on a Saturday night. 90 minutes later it hadn’t arrived, so I called them, only to be assured that it would be with me in 15 minutes. After 2 hours, I called again, and was told that they would call the driver to check where he was, and call me back to let me know. Unsurprisingly, they didn’t. Finally, after almost 2.5 hours, I called back and was told that my order was on its way and would be with me in five minutes (by then it was past 11pm!). Needless to say, the order never arrived, and had therefore never been ‘on its way’. I’ve never seen such shocking customer service.
