Malibu

Would not recommend this salon at all. Was given a price over the phone which I repeated back to Marta and she confirmed price. When I visited and was told the price after my treatment i was shocked to find out they wanted over 50% more than originally quoted!!! I was told by them there was nothing they could and that I should speak to the manager/​owner, Aga. At no point did they offer to call her for me, but gave me a mobile number to call her on from my mobile. I called Aga and she said this is not the first time that there has been a misunderstanding and after a long discussion she offered me two products as an apology. I said I had no use for any products and wanted a fair price on what was originally quoted to me. I ended up paying the hugely inflated price (without the products) and walked out of there knowing that I would never go back there again! I live locally and was looking for a hair salon that I could use on a regular basis unfortunately Malibu in Walthamstow is not going to be the hairdressers I use again. On another point during the time spent in the salon it was quite annoying that whilst the colour was being applied to my hair, Marta had a whole conversation with her colleague in Polish!
