As per usual, I had left my shopping to the last minute and needed a present for a friend in Islington who had a new baby boy. While browsing Upper Street I stumbled upon Maggie and Tom, a small shop specialising in natural and organic baby wear.
I don’t really believe in buying babies expensive things as they are just going to vomit down them and then grow out of them in a couple of months, but as a special present I thought I would push the boat out on this occasion. It helped that the outfits were super cute too!
The lovely lady in the shop kindly wrapped said outfit in tissue paper and tied the package up in a pretty bow, consequently making me look much more organised than I actually was.
My friend was really pleased with the gift, baby George just looked at it and dribbled, but I’m sure deep down he approves of his new outfit’s green credentials!
