What I love most is that every time I go in there the staff whisks away my kids for a bath bomb party while they find me exactly what I need. My youngest said she loves it there because she is treated like«a real person that shops» LOVEYALL! Oh and the PRODUCTS are great too.

Lush is the place you’d go for affordable cosmetics. I wouldn’t buy Make up from here, but the bath and hair products are good. Here you can find solid conditioners, shaped like bars and recently I’ve been using«Big» which smells simply like heavens and roses and angels. It has a new formula that is firmer than the older one, and also firmer than the old Jungle, so it lasts longer. It contains extra virgin coconut oil, and you ladies know that this is a key product for keeping a thick and healthy mermaid hair. I recommend this product to all my clients having issues with thin and damaged hair. Rather than that, the bath bomb«Big Blue» is another of the mermaid goodies that colours the water like a blue fairy lake and smells amazingggg. It has a scent of lemon, seaweed and something else that makes me so obsessed about it. You can also check the bath melt«You’ve Been Mangoed» which also smells incredible. The facial moisturisers and masks are also fine, but it really depends on your skin type, so you should better ask the staff or can message me if you are interested in a special product.

So smelly smelly happy yum… let me explain. Happened upon this super posh side street while aimlessly walking on Oxford street. And there was Lush! Handmade soap, lotion, makeup, girly natural amazingly smelly store. I actually didn’t end up buying anything and it was the sales ladies fault! But in an awesome way. I had heard of their shampoo bars(bar of soap you use for your hair) and wanted to see for me self. She showed me their selection, I told her I wanted to try the bar because my hairs so thin and doesn’t like products on it blah blah. She suggested a specific one for me, left me to decide, but then came back and actually suggested another product that might be better for my needs. BUT what’s great is the fact that she showed it to me(had me swish it around in my hands over a sink) and told me it was definitely expensive(10.95 for average 80 washes) but worth it and gave me a sample of it!!! No pressure sales are the best. If all goes well and the stuff works Im totally coming back for some spensive shampoo. Otherwise there’s so many other products to choose from. Definitely going back to buy gifts for friends. Oh and they were playing Little Mermaids Part of Your World while we were in there. hehe.

On the proviso that fresh, handmade cosmetics are your thing, Lush will likely sate you, and this, the great British brand’s South Molton Street store, is, in my opinion at least, its best. Handmade face masks for every skin condition, the prettiest bath bombs in the business and arguably some of the best shampoos, conditioners and treatments on the market should make Lush the beauty fanatic’s first stop on the high street. My favourites are Cynthia Sylvia Stout, a shampoo to give weight to fluffy hair; the more everyday I Love Juicy shampoo and American Cream, a gorgeous smelling and intensely moisturising conditioner which is nothing if not addictive. This particular branch is bigger than most with a vast array of Lush’s products which are very well displayed. And the staff are invariably lovely to boot.

I love everything about Lush. From the beautiful fresh soapy smell that entices you in the door to the fact that all their products are freshly made and have a sticker with a cartoon image of the person who made the product with the best before date, very cute. My favourite products are the flying fox shower gel which is a sensual, mood calming jasmine fragrance, £6.50 for a bottle that lasts ages and the Rehab shampoo which is great for distressed hair, I bought the 500ml bottle for £13.50 back in June and it lasted me 4 months.

The shop looks so delicious and once you see the piles of colorful soaps and bowls of creams, how can you resist? Like a cosmetic candy store. Products are made for example from mud, porridge, soya milk. looks much better than it may sound. Besides being the pretties shop ever, the products are not tested with animals, handmade from natural ingredients and are super super fresh! Everything smells and looks so goooood. Every time I end up buying some huge funny shaped pieces of soaps, even though those don’t work that well in my tiny bathroom. Besides the soaps my favorites are the face masks. Try the Cupcake. The only problem is that the best before day is usually pretty soon as they are 100%natural products. So just don’t pick up the biggest pot size or you will end up having mud on your face every day. Ha ha.
