The Queen’s Terminal has a number of eateries and seating areas; London’s Pride is one of the closest options on the top level after the security check. Most of the restaurants are equipped with outlets to charge your devices, and this place was no different. There are a few desk-like spots near the bar, but I was seated at a small table on the edge(good for people watching). I wasn’t too hungry but wanted to put something in my stomach before the flight, so I ordered a cider and chips. The chips were all right, service okay as well. I was sent to the front to process my payment, though. Toilets are available elsewhere in the terminal, but bags are not to be left unattended unless you have companions.

Very good and good prices. The restaurant is plenty big and service is fast. It is a great place for a quick bite to eat before a long flight.

We were fortunate to find this restaurant while waiting for our flight out of London. While many people stated they had to wait a long time on other reviews we didn’t experience the same. The food came out within 10 minutes after the food but the server gave me my cappuccino almost five minutes after our food arrived. Everything we ate was fine except the bacon. I guess in England bacon is served very fatty. My young daughter needed a napkin to dispose of the pieces she couldn’t consume. I would recommend this restaurant if you want some great Eggs Benedict!

For an airport restaurant, it was pretty tasty! We were seated promptly and our server was pleasant, but absent a fair amount(we were not in a big hurry). Beer choices were good. I ordered a steak and ale pie with a side of mashed potatoes. The pie was on the smallish side side but hot and flaky as it should be. Both the meat filling and the accompanying gravy were rich and flavorful. Glad I chose the mashed potatoes instead of chips… gravy over them was an excellent choice. Would definitely give them another go next time through Heathrow Terminal #2.

Definitely not what I’m used to at an airport bar, and I’d love to ship some folks over from the US to see how things could be run! I was next door at the Lufthansa Senator Lounge, and while it was nice and quiet, the beer was remarkably terrible. Having spotted this pub on the way into the lounge, I figured I should at least get one last proper English beer before flying off to Germany, so I wandered over and was efficiently shooed from the hostess’ desk to the rear bar. Bar staff were exceedingly friendly, and when I’d professed ignorance of some of the ales they had, they were happy to pour me sample shots. Having already eaten at the Senator Lounge, I wasn’t in the mood for food, but a few pints of London Pride did tide me over for the long walk through the Queen’s Terminal to my actual boarding gate. Fast, friendly, and affordable — all things that London’s Pride seems to easily achieve in a small corner at Heathrow. While I don’t see myself flying through T2 that often, I will gladly stop in here whenever I do.

Quite happy with the service and the vegetarian full English breakfast.

This review is based on drinks only which were had at the bar towards the serving area. They have a decent selection of cask ales and other imported draft. You order at the bar and then grab a seat at a designated area. Tables reserved for those that are dining which is fair. The food looked pretty good, standard British pub fare and service was fairly efficient but there were some patches of poor coverage. Overall It would be well worth a visit.

I had the full English breakfast. It was OK. Nothing to write home about. Service was slow despite hectic running about from staff, under staffed maybe. The food on my plate was all different temperatures which makes me feel sad as they list all the quality ingredients they use. Looks like its being cooked in a mass produced way, as u can see most of it in warming draws and just being out on a plate, which is surprising given the slowness of service. From comming in and sitting down it’s was a good 25 mins to get my food. Took at least half that time to get a coffee and juice. Sorry guys, but very average. London’s Pride? No. I know I’ve had better in London prepared with more passion. I complained about the service and my bill was taken care of as an apology.

Great example of a quality Airport food offer. The USA could and should learn a thing or 2 for their own airports. Try the full English Breakfast. It’s quality — price and taste. Yum!

Arriving as I do at least a couple of hours in advance of any overseas flight, I’ve come to know most of the bars and restaurants at Heathrow. London’s Pride may well have one of the more sillier names, but that’s neither here nor there. The comfort of the seats, the efficiency of the staff, the overall quality of the food and drink — all of these are of a good standard and enough of a draw to make me retrun when I am using Terminal 2. On this occasion, I just had the one beer, costed at £4.35. Quite reasonable, given the captive market.

I came here because I wanted fish and chips before heading back to the States. The décor, environment and ambient were modern and clean. Service were quick but not attentive. Food came out in 10 minutes. I ordered fish & chips and a side salad. Both were excellent. The price was actually cheaper than expected.

9am: sit down(friendly host) 9:05 — place order(coffee, water, breakfast) Wait Wait Wait Wait 9:25 — still nothing at my table, despite several promises. 9:30 — I just left. With nothing! This is an airport restaurant with one job. It failed. 1 star. Head downstairs en route to all gates for far better places that will equip you with what you need much faster. Never again London’s Pride! Nothing to be proud of! Phooey!

Stopped by for a quick breakfast; the eggs Benedict were on par. Service was as well as one would expect at an airport location. Will stop again on next journey

I was here for breakfast two days ago. I came in because the décor was cute, they have a convenient charging station to the back of the restaurant with about 20 outlets, and I was feeling the vibe that the menu gave me. Fresh, British food. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast and the porridge with maple syrup. The porridge was pasty and tasteless. I mean… it wasn’t bad. It also wasn’t good. It just was. Maybe if they prepared it with milk instead of water it would help? I ate about two bites and gave up. Discouraged from the porridge, I turned to my veggie breakfast for some satisfaction. It’s just a full English with a couple tweaks to it to vegetarianize it. I don’t really know how it tasted. I had to pass on it after finding three long hairs; two in the mushrooms, one in the butter. Maybe it was just an off day. To be honest, places like this don’t have to care about customer loyalty. They have a captive audience who is unfamiliar with their quality of food moving through every day. That being said, this was not OK for any price. For 16 pounds, though, I should have been blown away. Instead I was underwhelmed and disgusted.

Sloooow service. We’re in airport not on a relaxation holiday. One should realize and adjust service staff/speed accordingly…

I kind of dislike doing bad reviews because I’m just not that excited to do them. But this must be done. I went here earlier this week while I had a layover between Berlin and LAX. Their prices looked okay for an airport near London and I kind of liked the menu. It was what I was hungry for and I must obey my stomach. Oh, and their beer prices are very reasonable and I did go with their burger so a beer was pretty much a no-brainer. Now with the bad. Everyone working their looked unhappy or had no expression on their face at all. So, not happy at all okay. That’s not a great start. When asking for refills on the water it took forever. In fact, I think they forgot the first time. Oh yes, I ordered a beer at that point and asked for a water refill at the same time. Several minutes later, and I mean several minutes, my beer arrived minus the water. And this was all through the manager or other servers as our server was apparently MIA or just serving other people. I mean, I did see him, but very sporadically. He never once asked how we were doing or anything and neither did anyone else. When that beer did arrive, like the burger I got, it was just okay. Not anything special and it was like $ 13 or so in American dollars. The burger that is. The beer was just a few bucks. Or maybe that was Euros I ended using. I had some I needed to get rid of and they, as well as everywhere else there, take Euros and Pounds. Whatever. I rather pay $ 10 for a double double at you know where. I would have been much happier. So while I had time to kill, I wish I would have spent it elsewhere along with my money. They don’t appreciate their customers at all apparently so might as well not give them your hard earned money. Try your luck elsewhere.

A sort of makey-uppy olde-stylie pub in the middle of the new terminal 2 — it doesn’t look awful, it just doesn’t look quite right. leaving aside the aesthetics, the place is a great little restaurant(sadly I didn’t get to sample the beer) serving some good(and very fast) food. I had a BLT — it was tasty, my colleague had a salt beef sandwich — he likewise made appreciative noises and we munched. Staff were great — no complaints!

Please do note that this is in terminal 2 at London Heathrow. I had a few hours to kill between flights and this place had a breakfast menu that appealed the lost to me compared to some of the other options. I ordered the eggs florentine and a cappuccino, it came up to £11 and both tasted great. The service is also very good and I wasn’t rushed to leave at all. I got a seat in one of the super comfortable red lounge seats, and it was right by the edge of the restaurant, so perfect for people watching in the terminal. This place is so damn cozy, and comfortable, I just might sit here for another couple of hours and read!

Very mixed feelings about the place. I really like that the style is NOT the usual dark wood Pub look and feel. but bright, open and friendly an almost Scandinavian feel to it. The service though was not good. The waitress barley smiled, was almost annoyed when I wanted a second beer and had to be chased. I had the Chicken quinoa salad which was ok but outrageously overpriced at 12.50 quid. My colleague had the salt beef sandwhich which looked ok but not too special and as well overpriced(and yes, I am aware that I am in an Airport — so the best place for monopoly pricing. Yet just across in the perfectionist café a salt beef sammie is more reasonably priced. And better).

Don’t come here! Staff is unfriendly — we just wanted to have tea and desert and were waiting for 25 min. Long time to actually get served too! Not coming back!
