Used these guys to do a report on our flat in Balham we’re renting it out and needed a complete list of everything since there were tenants coming in next week. The service was nice and thorough and the guys behaved professional.

Guess I have overestimated these guys, they didnt stand up to my expectations and I’m really disappointed. I booked a report for my apartment since I wanted to give a part of it for rent, well these guys were said to be one of the best in the branch. According to my experience and what I’ve seen from them, their work has nothing to do with ‘the best’. They missed a lot of things in the report not to mention that they miscounted some of the furniture. I really hope that next time they will improve their service.
