A stroll down the chippies when i cant be asked to cook is always an option although i must say Lighthouse cod and chips are very good and always made fresh. This one of the best chip shops near to home. The staff here know me very well and they love a good laugh lovely people. Lighthouse is a good size and is very busy around lunch time and late evening.

I frequent Lighthouse Fish Bar more than I care to admit because of its convenient location by the bus stop at Tooting Bec and its reasonable prices.
The chips are great and the portion sizes are huge, only once have I been able to finish off a regular portion. My usual order of jumbo sausage and chips come to £2.50 making it the cheapest takeaway around. The Tooting natives seem to agree with me as the shop is always busy.
