So I’m changing up my review style a bit to keep them more concise and to the point, but still informative.
Ambience — not as relaxing as a normal spa would be and not as well maintained imo.
Location — very convenient. Located right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. About a 2 – 3 min walk from the train station
Décor — ehh! So so.
Service — felt quite rushed and didn’t feel very welcome to be honest. I got a Groupon voucher for waxing so perhaps things would have been different if I’d paid full price. However, I still didn’t care much for the vibes I was getting from the lady who took care of me. Maybe she was just tired though. It was a Friday afternoon, to be
Experience — all in all, I didn’t have that great of an experience. I felt like I had to go over the work that was being done and keep my eyes peeled for errors, which is always a hassle when it comes to beauty treatments. Also when my treatment was over, I was kind of rushed out and it just didn’t feel very nice on the receiving end.
Hopefully if I ever did go back, I’d have a better story to tell.
