I have been here several times for lunch with friends. Never had a problem with the service and all the tapas ordered have tasted really nice.
I see some comments about the price, but I just use my Taste Card which gives me 50% off the food, definitely worth investing in even if you eat out monthly.
The manager is a nice guy, let me use the tastecard during the day on a Friday when they don’t have to (a manager in the mexican restaurant opposite just said ‘no’ and carried on working when I asked if they did tastecard).
Definitely give it a go, even if it’s in the day time.

Nice view from the back terrace of the river Thames but this isn’t enough to convince me not to try other local eateries before returning back to La Tasca.
The food is a tad pricey for what it is and whilst the variety of Tapas is good, a lot of it tastes a bit samey and most dishes come swimming in oil.
The menu could do with dome healthier options. It’s a shame that they no longer serve pimieñtos padrons as they used to be the real deal.
A nice place to have a jug of sangria before eating somewhere else.

nice food but pricey for little meals. so glad we went with a 50% voucher. I wouldnt mind trying there tapas for a £10 night and i think in a group you could have a great night out washed down with a few jugs of sangria.
It can get very busy and the tapas nights are popular so i would suggest booking a table if going in a group

Made a reservation for eight on a Friday for lunch and we were given a table right next to the window right by the beautiful terrace. Service was nice and friendly, and, coupled with the 2-​for-​1 tapas voucher, the meal was very reasonably priced at £12 per head for about three tapas each. Yes, the tapas was just about average, but it was a nice place for an affordable group lunch. When the weather gets warmer, we’re definitely returning so we can sit on the terrace rather than by it!

Had a bad experience there about 10 months ago, waited such a long time for the food, the restaurant was empty but we had to keep asking the waiters to come and see us to order finally, then food took about 50 minutes, food was quite nice but the customer service pretty bad. I would not go back there again, we did not go since. Plus it s not value for money at all.

just came from this restaurant 20 minutes ago and it was really nice.
we had a special offer of 50% off our bill which made the price acceptable as well, knowing that tapas is expensive we were very happy with the deal.
we had quite a few different dishes. but after the meal we realised they had forgot to serve us one of them
the food is top quality but very small portions for the REAL price. £4.50 for 4 meatballs i find is extreme. But we only paid half of that so were happy.
So if your looking for value for money, then tapas is not for you, but if you are looking for expensive variety then give it a try!

With dim soft lighting and lots of tables scattered about the restaurant, the atmosphere is both bustling, yet intimate. The food is original and different and the sangria is gorgeous!
