The service and drivers are actually quite nice and friendly. However, LHR Express Cars should be more transparent with their pricing and take more care of customer service. I ordered a car going to Heathrow airport and was quoted 33 pounds by the operator. I told her that I was leaving London with no cash so wanted exact quote based on credit card. I was never told any additional processing fee. When I called the company regarding the undisclosed fee, they said there is nothing they can do and just left me there. Needless to say, I was forced to pay the additional fee even though I got a quote upfront, while being very clear with what I needed to avoid the hassle on the day of departure.

Great for taxis to and from LHR as you woulld expect but from experience sometimes poor in picking up on time for trips to other local places. Drivers always polite and professional and cars in good condition
