Meals were rather large but a little bland. Very quiet on a Friday evening. Meats were tender and well cooked but lacking in taste. Mixed meze starters were suspiciously industrial-like. Service was quick and polite. Wine list consists largely of Turkish wines but also some French and South American wines.

A great little restaurant serving great charcoal cooked meat as well as a large selection of mezze dishes, dips and other Turkish dishes. Good sized portions and friendly staff. They do takeaway too. I lived right by here for a long time before venturing in. Wish I’d found it sooner!

My wife and I were visiting from the US and looking for a good place to eat within walking distance of our hotel. The concierge recommended Koza, among others, so we checked it out online. They had a pretty substantial coupon on their website(20% off, I think) so we headed there. I think we tend to eat dinner at an earlier time than the locals, so the place was pretty empty except for one large group. The waitress was incredibly friendly and seemed to know the menu extensively. I tried some Turkish brand of beer that was quite good, and the chef sent out a complimentary appetizer sampler. Everything on it was delicious. My wife and I even devoured the olive spread, despite both of us generally abhorring olives. For the main course we each ordered different varities of kabobs. The portions were huge but they didn’t sacrifice quality for quantity: they were absolutely fantastic. Meats were tender and had tons of flavor. Finally, we ended with a perfectly-sized baklava that left us at the perfect point of being satisfied without feeling overly full. I think altogether we spent about US$ 60, which wasn’t at all bad for what was without exaggeration, one of the best meals I’ve ever had. If I’m ever back in London I won’t hesitate to make it back to Koza.

I was very happy when this friendly couple open this restaurant. It is located just beside my building and soon became my new favourite place. I used to call them on my way home and pass there to collect my order or, on the weekends, order on the phone and after 15 min go downstairs to collect it. Koza has a great service, the owners are always around and they are very nice people. If you have the chance, sit by the bar to talk to them and get some free home madeTurkish Delights :) The food is amazing, I super recommend the veggie Mussaka and the Adana Kebab, my favourite food. It cames with turkish salada, rice and a sublime turkish bread, which is grilled with the kebab for extra flavour. Totally mouth watering. Koza is also a great place for rommantic dinners, located in a quite area, has nice décor, with posh furniture and candle lights to help you get into the right atmospheare.

Agree with everything said above. Great food very fresh and tasty. Big portions. Really friendly, efficient staff. Very good value. Been here for a civilised meal with my other half and a not so civilised one with our kids: loved it both times. Excellent addition to the area.

Just discovered this fantastic turkish restaurant. Delicious, succulent meats and fresh ingredients. Their charcoal grill is brilliant and this is what i would call a genuine turkish restaurant. great portions and friendly staff. Will definitely be going back here again soon!
