A pretty standard newsagent/​off license this one. I used to come in here in the summer all the time when I’d buy wine or beer or something and go and sit on the green.
Now that the weather isn’t so great and the green is just another roundabout I have less occasion to visit. Still, they sell a good selection of newspapers and magazines, they stock some of the more niche titles too rather than just Heat and OK! like the Plaza place on the other side of the green. Food and wine they say but of course it’s just the basics, good for locals who’ve forgotten something at Waitrose.
