A small pocket park on the corner of Surrey Quays Road and Lower Road, just next to Canada Water tube station. It’s pleasant to walk too, and there is a playground for children(with several slides and swings) and a small paved football pitch. It’s too small to play frisbee or an other game in the field itself, but why would you when the expansive Southwark park is so close?! Practically, this field serves as a handy shortcut for residents in the neighborhood to walk through on their way to the tube station or the nearby Tesco/shopping centre. Unfortunately, like many parks in London, the gates are shut and locked up every night so you’ll have to walk around. A relatively small detour, but inconvenient nonetheless…
