KFC

This is my favourite KFC, I’ve never had any problems, compared to other KFC’s. I’ve been coming in here occasionally for 4 years, since 2012, as my office is nearby. The staff are really dedicated and many have remained the same so are recognisable. In particular the manager is always welcoming and busy.
They are friendly and quick. They are really concerned with customer service. I’ve never seen any mess here, it’s always very clean. The gravy is consistently perfect, which is great because at other stores its not right — too runny or weird in some way, or different every time. The chips are always good.
They are extremely proud of their store, if you speak to them about it you’ll see. They had a hand in designing the new layout for it’s recent refurbishment.
Plus their icecream machine always works because they get it repaired (I notice that at a lot of KFC stores this is not the case)
@ Kim M, are you *sure* this is the KFC you went to and not another one in London? And no KFC in the UK offers Mac and Cheese as a side (at time of writing)
