Established in 2003.

Est in 2003 by James Whitaker, the salon has grown to be an award winning boutique salon in North London. Recently the team picked up Best Hair Salon in the EN Magazine Best Local Business Awards 2014 to add to the accolades from 2013 such as Best London Hair Salon and Salon of the Year in The English Hair & Beauty Awards.

Meet the Business Owner

James W.

Business Owner

James started cutting hair at the Toni and Guy London Academy in 1991. He soon started to specialise in men’s hair design and worked at several London salons before opening James Whitaker Hair in 2003. After a few years and with a great team behind him, the salon moved into women’s hair as well as men.

James is very active with marketing of the salon on social media and has an active role in the local community.
