Despite the fact that the last time I visited was 5 years or more ago, I still get the occasional phone call from one of their friendly agents to see if I have a job yet, and whether I would like to go for one of their secretary to some Japanese businessman type of positions. In fact, given the type of interviews I was sent for when I was looking for work, this is pretty much all they have for young female Japanese speakers. If you are willing to work in London for 16 – 20 grand, in a tea making and general dogsbody type position, for some misogynistic middle aged executive then give them a ring. Otherwise steer clear, move to Tokyo, and take your pick of highly paid investment banking jobs. This is of course, supposing you already speak Japanese fluently enough to be mistaken for a native on the phone.
