Invicta IP was established by Paul Kemp, CPA EPA and Community Design Attorney. Having built the business from a standing start, we are delighted to have been exporting our services to a number of countries around the world over the last couple of years.

Meet the Business Owner

Paul K.

Business Owner

Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the profession. Following graduation in 1984 in engineering science, he trained with a well-​established firm of patent attorneys in London. Having obtained the UK and European qualifications (CPA, EPA) and gained further experience, he established his own company, Invicta IP. He is a Fellow of CIPA, a Representative of the EPI and a member of the International Liaison Committee of Patent Attorneys which helps him to maintain close contacts around the world.
