We deliver dance and fitness classes in London to help you improve your health and wellbeing while having fun. Our classes and workshops are delivered all over London including Covent Garden, Battersea and Finsbury Park by our specialist teachers. From Ballet to Jazz, contemporary to Salsa and from aerobics to personal fitness you can find it us.
We are a social enterprise and are passionate about enabling disadvantaged young people achieve their potential through learning. We believe that we can make a difference by using our profits to provide grants to support those hardest hit.
