Specialties

We provide specialist periodontal care and treatment (conditions affecting the health of your gums). We accept referrals from ather practices as well. We also provide endodontic treatment (root canal treatment) for our own patients and also accept referrals from other practices. The terating dentist has a special interest in endodontics. We also offer dental implants, Invisalign treatment, general dentistry and of course dental hygienist treatment.

History

Established in 2000.

IGDP Limited is also known as Islington Green Dental Practice. We offer only private dental care, including Denplan and Practice Plan.

IGDP Ltd is registered as a limited company in England. Company Number 5 893 145.

We ensure that all of our treatments are evidence based and follow NICE interventional procedure guidance.

We have a policy of minimum intervention, this means we do the least treatment possible to achieve the best results for our patients.

Our private fees are designed to be fair and to enable us to offer patients the freedom of choice to have advanced treatments. All comments and suggestions are welcomed and taken very seriously because they help us to continually improve our services to patients.

Meet the Business Owner

Stephan V.

Business Owner

Stephan completed his dental degree in 1989 at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He then worked as a Dental Officer in the South African Air Force in Hoedspruit and Potchefstroom. He also practiced in Wapadsrand in Pretoria while filling the post of a lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at the Medical University of South Africa (MEDUNSA), now known as Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU).

Stephan accepted a position as an associate dentist in an NHS practice in Uxbridge from where he moved on to a mixed NHS /​Private practice in High Wycombe three years later. In April 2000 Stephan established Islington Green Dental Practice and remains as the Principal Dentist and Director of IGDP Limited.

Stephan enjoys general restorative dentistry and has a special interest in orthodontics.
