I didn’t have a positive experience with this company however I’m not out to burn them, just summarize my encounter. Firstly they were very keen to take money off my hands, not so keen to help me out with questions I had. I had trouble communicating money I transferred and got told I didn’t transfer enough, eventually they admitted they were wrong. Had people tell me they would get back to me and didn’t. Generally their communication wasn’t up to scratch which is important when clients are prospectively looking to rent through them. Couldn’t get the basics quite right. Taking into account all communication was done via email, best of luck if you choose to deal with Hunter & Bloomfield.
