Specialties
We make falafel like you’d find in Damascus or Beirut, from scratch on the spot, mainly sold in the classic wrap featuring tahina tomatoes and parsley, with the twist that we make our own pickles, using organic Norfolk cyder vinegar, and fry supplies permitting in the queen of cooking oils: groundnut, which is high in healthy monounsaturates. Our breathtakingly fast team add a bit of theatre.
History
Established in 2004.
First we were a food trailer in the carpark of an office equipment company in Hoxton Square, selling to people coming out of bars and clubs. When we were kicked out we went door to door round businesses in and around Underwood St N1 before selling to Fresh and Wild/Whole Foods Markets and a lot of other London shops and opening our market stalls. We also do parties and festivals.
