Matthew Howat is a Commercial and Dispute Resolution Solicitor.

Matthew has long represented companies in respect of commercial contract disputes and directors, shareholders and investors in resolving internal boardroom disputes. Matthew is well regarded as a skilled negotiator capable of achieving pragmatic and commercial results for his clients but is equally comfortable with «forcing the issue» through the Courts.

Niki Avraam is an Employment and Commercial Solicitor.
