I am not a health freak, but I do recognise the importance of healthy eating and the occasional use of vitamin supplements.
Holland & Barrett are one of the best known high street names for health products and supplements. From simple organic flu remedies to hardcore green supplements, their shelves are chock full of products. For body builders they have different kinds of protein shakes and creatine for your bulging biceps. For all your supplement needs, this is the place.
They also have a great selection of healthy snack options like dried fruit and nuts.

Holland & Barrett is a great place to come for all your vitamins, nuts, seeds and health products. I mainly come here to buy nuts and seeds as they are cheaper than independent health stores.
The staff here are friendly and helpful and they have a computer where you can look up the properties of herbs and vitamins which are available in the store and what they treat which I find beneficial.
