HighQ was founded in 2001 and we have worked hard to build an exceptional reputation for delivering leading-​edge software to some of the world’s largest law firms, investment banks and corporations. We are a privately owned business and always strive to provide the best service possible to all of our clients.

Meet the Business Owner

Ajay P.

Business Owner

Ajay is the co-​founder and CEO. He oversees HighQ’s global operations and business strategy. Ajay graduated with a first class degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Manchester University and later completed a Masters degree in Information Systems at LSE. He qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC in London and later occupied roles in leading investment banks Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. After spending several years in the City, he realised the corporate environment didn’t fulfil his creative, professional or personal ambitions and subsequently started HighQ. The vision was simple — to create a dynamic, fun and successful company that puts its employees and clients at the centre of everything it does.
