Mr Hassan is one of the sweetest guys you’re ever likely to meet in London. A proud owner of this shop for 37 years, he runs the sort of business that every shop, restaurant, bar and café could learn from.
It’s a kebab shop; it’s never going to set the world on fire for quality of food. It isn’t trying to. If you want a reliable, hot, cheap meal on your way home, you could really do a lot lot worse. In fact you’d have to try pretty hard to do any better.

I don’t know what time this place opens or closes but it is always open when I come crawling home from a night out drinking. The Hassan bros have a lil window you can order through at late nights. The meat on the kebab stick spinning is never as big as ones you see at other places. But I guess that’s ok because they service a less busy area. They can give you a medium doner and a drink for 4 quid. I recommend the medium because it is pretty big and filling. I made the mistake of getting a large and that was a mission to finish. Best doner in my life? Probably not but gets the job done.
