Harmony

I felt for my 700^th review that I ought to write about somewhere close to my heart ;-) But I’m on a diet so no more burgers for me. Instead Harmony. I come here a lot. For costume party props, obviously, get your mind out of the gutter.
I go to a lot of costume parties. Anyway, Harmony has a great selection of all sorts of things from the sexual to the hen party fun times. They are also very reasonably priced. No one likes a rip-​off sex shop, am I right?
Usually I just have a quick peek at the stockings or some of the feathery accessories. Previous costumes have included 1920s, Halloween and burlesque, so it’s perfect for that. But tonight I popped downstairs to check out the rest. They’ve a great selection of lingerie and corsets also, pretty decently priced and not trashy or tacky.
Lots more toys downstairs, for girls and boys, as Santa would say. If he was a sexual deviant. And we don’t know, maybe he is! None of it too scary looking so a great place for couples to come. Literally. For the hardcore fetishists, it’s probably a bit touristy for you.
And there you go. 700.

It’s taking the sleaze out of Soho. They sell upmarket sex toys in an upmarket way, think £50−200. The staff here all seem to be women and are very helpful, quite happy to give advice and offer suggestions. It’s not at all like you imagine this sort of place to be. I can’t say what I bought or who it was for, but she had a very happy Xmas.

There always seems to be an awful lot of pleather– and latex-​clad busty blonde mannequins going on in the shop windows, but at least the respectable selection of vibrators and phallic paraphernalia is on the ground floor instead of in some creepy basement.
And it’s right on Oxford Street.

This shop looks very impressive from both the inside and the outside and its not sleazy at all, its mostly women and couples who shop here. I went in for some lingerie, but most of what they had to offer were teddys in boxes so you could only see a picture of it on the front and not what it actually looks like. Also a lot of their lingerie is small/​medium/​large so its quite hard to know what size you are. If your top half is bigger than yourbottom half its ridiculous because most of the lingerie comes as a set.
This place has fun stuff like good games and books, which is better than An Summer’s penis pasta! Its good if you just want to go in and buy some lingerie or an outfit as the hard core stuff is downstairs, such as porn and toys. Downstairs looks a bit sleazy though, unless you specifically want something I would stay upstairs.
One thing I hate about this place is that the women who work here just stay at the till and don’t offer to help. I went to pay for an item and the way this girl looked at me, it was like I was her worst enemy and she was texting under the till!
Apart from rubbish service, its probably one of the best adult shops but I still think you can buy better things online.

So bunch of us after business dinner found this place by accident, we weren’t sure what to expect, but this place is very boutique place rather than shady DVD store. As matter of fact, there were equal number of women /​couples at this place. Is it the difference between UK and US, perhaps?!
This place has everything from costume, toys, lingere, books, DVDs, you name it, they have something for everyone.
Of course we kinda felt dumb in biz suits wondering around the couples, so we took off in hurry for another round of drinks. Heehee.

This store is not inexpensive but it’s not sleazy, just hot.
The first floor has toys and some erotica. Most of the toys are electric, there aren’t many dildos or anything but you’ll find vibes.
The bottom level is more erotica and actual porn and some lingere.
I think that both women and men will like to come here and there is a decent selection of pornography for alternative lifestyles.
If your looking for fetish wear look elsewhere. There is some basic stuff but it’s for light kink.
